Power performance!  We recommend our forged short blocks for all high horsepower applications
 from street / strip to all out competition. If you're running a boost or nitrous combination in your
 Ford, we have the combo for you. 4.6L forged Mod Motors. All HMS Short Blocks are custom hand
built for each and every specific application. We offer our short blocks for both forced induction
(supercharged / turbo) or naturally aspirated / nos set ups. We do not have production built short 
blocks sitting on a shelf, waiting to be sold. Please expect 1-3 weeks for build time.
All of our short blocks come with a 1 year Limited Warranty!

ALL HMS Race Demon 4.6L Modular Ford short blocks

 Come fully assembled with all brand new components- New Ford blueprinted / torque plate honed iron or
aluminum block, ARP main studs, performance tri metal rod and main bearings, HMS/Kellogg 4340 forged
8 bolt crank, HMS Specific 4340 forged H-beam rods with ARP 8740 capscrew bolts, custom HMS/Probe Forged
 2618 Aluminum alloy pistons and Full floating lightweight wrist pins and spiro locks for durability. Each and
every short block is hand assembled by one certified engine tech. We do not run an "assembly line" with
multiple people assembling one short block! We use quality components from Kellogg, Scat, Probe, ARP, 
Manley, Clevite, Federal Mogul, Ford and more.

No need to have to search around trying to locate all the dowels needed to properly install your
new short block. No more need trying to remove old ones from your existing short block....you will

 plate, timing chain guides, timing chain cover, head and Also front valley coolant nipple!!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ!

All short blocks are balanced prior to assembly

 The 5.0L stroker uses a 3.75" 8 bolt forged crank produced by the same
company that produces Ford's Cobra crank. An 8 bolt flywheel is needed with stock
 and stroked cranks. Both our standard and stroked crankshafts come right from
Ford's USA manufacturer, these are not china imports!

All of our HMS DEMON short block prices shown are Balanced. All 4.6 modular motors are
 internally balanced. The 3.75" stroker* crank is considered a 5.0L (298cid with STD. bore,
300cid with .020 over bore), requires heavy metal...see (pic below) for proper balancing.
 All stock Romero 4.6L GT engines...2V / 3V have a 6 bolt crank flange! Some 99-00 mustang
GT engines were Windsor based...these do have a 8 bolt crank. When running a 8 bolt crank, do
 not forget about a new flywheel! 

Available with either STD or over sized pistons and variety of compression ratios.
